Production Team - Monday-Thursday 4:30pm – 3:00am

About the role

The Production Team Member is responsible for accurately processing and verifying customer orders according to client specifications using the Production Machine. The Team Member will examine, count, and record product while maintaining quality control.

Responsibilities

• Follow all safety and quality policies and procedures, including Standard Operating Procedures (SOP).
• Maintain expected productivity levels for the assigned work area (e.g., Stickers, Stuffing, Verifying, Order Pulling, Embossing, Insertion, Metering, Print-on-Demand, PIN Room, FedEx, Warehouse, Fulfillment, or Special Handling).
• Examine products to verify conformance to quality standards and accurately count finished products.
• Process orders to client specifications and follow all compliance requirements.
• Maintain consistent, reliable attendance aligned with the production schedule.
• Cross-train and support other work areas (machine operation, warehouse, order pulling, logistics, verification) as determined by leadership.

Requirements

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Ability to work a designated shift and overtime as required, including time before/after the shift and weekends.
• Production experience is a plus.
• Elementary English proficiency for communication.
• Ability to work effectively with a diverse workforce and follow processes.
• Detail-oriented, willing to learn, and complete a variety of production tasks.
• Reliability through good attendance, punctuality, and cooperation.

Physical demands

• Ability to work a minimum of 40 hours per week during regular business hours; evening and weekend work may be required.
• Prolonged standing (1-2 hours at a time) and ability to move around the facility.
• Reach, bend, stoop, and lift up to 30 lbs regularly.
• Specific vision abilities: close, distance, color, peripheral, depth perception, and ability to focus.
