Production Team Member - Valve Assembly
About the role
The role is located at 10551 SE 110th Street Road, Candler, FL 32111. It is an onsite, full-time position with a shift from 7:00 AM to 4:30 PM, Monday to Friday, with the possibility of overtime.

What You’ll Do
- Machine Operation & Setup: Set up, operate, and maintain molding machines for valve production, ensuring configurations match specifications for precision.
- Assembly & Quality Control: Assemble valves and related components, cut shafts, paint, set stroke, and rebuild cylinders while adhering to quality standards and tolerances.
- Technical Interpretation: Read and interpret blueprints, diagrams, and specifications to guide assembly and machine setup processes accurately.
- Troubleshooting & Monitoring: Continuously monitor machine operations to ensure proper functioning, promptly identifying and resolving any production issues.
- Daily Role: Engage in hands-on valve assembly tasks, machine operation, and quality checks to meet production goals efficiently.

Must-haves
- Safe operation of all tools and equipment used in valve assembly and machine operation.
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, changing manufacturing environment.
- Experience or ability to handle materials safely and efficiently.
- Strong team orientation and ability to comply with scheduled hours and company policies.
Nice-to-haves
- Prior experience in materials handling or manufacturing environments.
- Familiarity with blueprint reading and technical diagrams.
- Physical capability to lift up to 50 pounds unassisted and perform repetitive physical tasks.
- Experience working with safety personal protective equipment (PPE) in industrial settings.
