Manufacturing Production Team Member

Position Details

1st Shift work hours are 5am-2:30pm (M-F)
2nd Shift work hours are 2:30pm - 1:00am (M-Th).

Qualifications

• Experience in a manufacturing, warehousing and/or construction environment strongly preferred
• Consideration will be given to candidates with related technical training or certification
• Higher starting wages are possible for those with framing, millwork, trim, and other related construction experience and skills
• Experience working as part of a team to achieve productivity goals
• Proven reliability as demonstrated by an excellent attendance record
• Able to work inside or outside (as required) in a strong safety-focused environment
• Able to meet the physical demands of the position, to include the ability to lift, bend, stoop and stand for long periods of time
• Experience with hand tools, nail & staple guns, and ability to read a tape measure are preferred, on the job training provided

Pay rate for this position starts at $21.35 an hour and increases based on experience.
2nd shift starts at $23.35
