Production Team Member (Swing Shift)

About the role

• Available Monday–Friday from 3:45 PM to 12:30 AM, with occasional overtime available

Responsibilities

• Work effectively as part of a team
• Comfortable with a tape measure
• Assemble and produce doors in various stages
• Follow safety procedures and quality guidelines
• Capable of working in a fast-paced environment with attention to detail
• Able to learn new skills and processes as needed
• Contribute ideas to improve efficiency and workflow

Requirements

While experience in light construction is helpful, it’s not required. We provide hands-on training to set you up for success. A willingness to learn, a positive attitude, and a coachable mindset are what matter most.

Qualifications

Physical Requirements:

• Ability to lift, push, and pull 50+ lbs comfortably
• Ability to stand for 8-9 hours per shift

• Wage: $22.75 per hour. (This Includes a $1.75 Swing Shift Premium)
• Performance-based increases at 90 days and annually (typically in May)
