Production Team Member - Multiple Shifts

About the Role

Gemini is growing and looking for dependable, motivated team members to join our production team in Decorah, IA. We're looking for someone who takes pride in doing quality work, enjoys being part of a team, and is looking for a stable opportunity with room to grow.

What You'll Do

Depending on the position and department, production team members may:

• Operate equipment and machinery safely and efficiently
• Assemble, manufacture, prepare, or ship products according to established standards
• Follow work instructions and quality procedures
• Inspect products and materials for quality and accuracy
• Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work area
• Meet production, quality, and safety expectations
• Work collaboratively with teammates, supervisors, and other departments
• Follow all company policies and safety requirements

Previous manufacturing or production experience is helpful, but not always required. We're willing to train the right candidates.

Multiple Shifts Available

We regularly have opportunities across 1st, 2nd, and 3rd shifts, depending on the location and position. Specific shift availability, schedule, starting pay, and job duties will be discussed during the hiring process.
