Production Team Member - Lamination 2nd Shift

Reports to: Operations Manager
Responsibilities
- Loading/unloading rolls of material through the use of an overhead crane
- Ensure equipment settings match process standards
- Conduct raw material and composite weight measurements to ensure product is at specification
- Alter necessary equipment components for product/program changeover
- Monitor quality of product during machine operation
- Operate Hilo and perform preventative maintenance on equipment as required
- Special projects as necessary
- Responsible for promoting a safe work environment and preventing injuries through 5S
- Continuously analyze the assigned area of responsibility for improved methods of production, tool design, communication, reporting, cost controls, and layout; make recommendations to supervisor for improvements
- Take on additional tasks as assigned by supervisor
