Monday – Friday / 5:00am - 1:30pm

Production Team Member Duties And Responsibilities

• Packing and unpacking product
• Loading and unloading cylinders for the HPP machine
• Loading and unloading pallets
• Labeling and code dating product
• Sanitation duties as assigned
• Working on an assembly line
• Following health, safety, and cleanliness standards
• Excellent attendance and punctuality for an hourly role
• Handling any minor tasks related to the duties of the position

Production Team Member Knowledge, Skills & Abilities

• High School Diploma/GED preferred
• Ability to perform basic mathematical calculations
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
• Ability to work effectively with others and as part of a team
• Ability to communicate effectively in English
• Ability to balance productivity, quality, and safety

Physical Demands And Working Conditions

• This is largely a static role with standing, however, the ability to perform repetitively bending and standing up is also required.
• The ability to lift 10-35 lbs repetitively and up to 45 lbs occasionally.
• The ability to push/pull up to 250 lbs on rollers occasionally.
• This role operates in a wet and cold/refrigerated environment (between 38 & -20 degrees Fahrenheit).
• This role operates in a cold/wet environment (around 34 degrees F).
• Must be able to withstand cold temperatures for duration of shift.
• Must be able to withstand cold temperatures for 10-12 hours a day.

Requirements

• High school diploma/GED
• Refrigeration, warehouse, production or manufacturing experience
• MHE/Forklift experience
• Ability to perform basic mental math
• Ability to communicate in English (Speak, read, and write)
• Ability to balance productivity, quality, and safety
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
• Ability to effectively work with others and as part of a team
• Ability to work in a cold/wet environment
• Ability to lift 10-35 lbs repetitively and up to 45 lbs occasionally
• Ability to push/pull up to 250 lbs on rollers occasionally
• Ability to stand for 10-12 hour shifts.

• Team members who may come in direct contact, must be able to work with these ingredients.
