Responsibilities

• Prepare, cut, and package fresh produce according to company standards and customer specifications.
• Operate and clean production equipment.
• Follow safety and sanitation procedures.
• Perform quality checks to ensure products meet established guidelines.
• Collaborate with supervisors and colleagues.
• Follow production schedules.
• Support continuous improvement efforts in efficiency and product quality.

Qualifications

• Ability to contribute to production planning and follow production schedules effectively.
• Strong communication skills for coordinating with team members and supervisors.
• Knowledge of quality control practices and commitment to maintaining high product standards.
• Experience or interest in production management and understanding workflow on a production floor.
• Willingness to participate in and support training activities for self and peers.
• Ability to stand for extended periods and perform repetitive tasks in a fast-paced environment.
• Understanding of food safety, hygiene, and basic safety protocols in a production setting.
• Prior experience in food production, manufacturing, or a similar environment is beneficial but not required.
