Production Team Member

We are looking for strong team player with order picking and assembly experience to join our team! Candidates should possess strong communication skills, attention to detail and strong organizational skills. This position requires a fair amount of lifting, carrying, and reaching to complete daily tasks while standing and walking for most of the day. The main function of this opening is picking, sorting and prepping a variety of auto parts to get them ready for the assembly line. We are specifically looking for very physical workers who can consistently perform repetitive tasks for the full shift. **We are currently hiring for nightshift positions!** Night Shift Monday-Thursday 6:30 pm - 5:15 am and opportunities for overtime on Friday nights. Rare overtime on Sundays. Overtime is mandatory and can be 15 mins up to 3 hours. **Responsibilities** Duties Include But Are Not Limited To Ensure Safety & Quality Rules are always followed Ensure work area is free and clean from debris Properly package and handle parts as prescribed Perform the required color/quality visual inspections Accurately record scrap and place the scrap in the proper location Keep accurate documentation during the production run Inspect parts during production run Assist in continuous improvement and be adaptable to change Perform other duties as assigned **Requirements** High School Diploma or GED Preferred Experience picking parts in a manufacturing setting a plus Follow standard work instructions Lift, push and pull up to 50 lbs. repeatedly for the full 10 hour shift Strong attention to detail Dependable with good attendance Analytical reasoning and problem-solving capabilities Strong organizational skills Comprehend work instructions and information furnished in written, oral or diagram Job Type: Full-time Pay: From $16.30 per hour Benefits 401(k) 401(k) matching Dental insurance Employee assistance program Health insurance Paid time off Vision insurance Application Question(s) Do you have at least one year of stable employment history?
