Production Team Member

About the role

Primary duties include safely performing a wide range of tasks that include stacking corrugated product, conducting quality checks, material set-up, and maintaining a clean and organized workspace. Ability to operate various manufacturing equipment, follow specific direction, operate power hand tools, and other duties as assigned.

Responsibilities

• Stack corrugated product
• Conduct quality checks

• Maintain a clean work environment
• Operate various manufacturing equipment

• Perform other duties as assigned
• Read a tape measure and use basic math and computer skills
• Work safely and comply with all safety regulations
• Lift, push or pull 50lbs
• Navigate stairs, stand, walk, bend, and kneel throughout the entire shift
• Work daily overtime and weekend work

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent
• 2 years production/manufacturing experience preferred
• Strong commitment to working safe
• Demonstrated ability to work in a fast-paced environment
• Strong desire to learn manufacturing processes and operating complex machinery
• Must be willing and able to work either 2nd or 3rd shift

Pay

• Starting Pay: $23/hour
• Union facility

Schedule

• 2nd or 3rd shift
• Daily overtime and weekend work required
