Production Team Member

About the Opportunity

Primary duties include safely performing a wide range of tasks that include stacking corrugated product, conducting quality checks, material set-up, and maintaining a clean and organized workspace.

Responsibilities

• Operate various manufacturing equipment, follow specific direction, operate power hand tools, and other duties as assigned
• Maintain a clean work environment
• Read a tape measure and apply basic math and computer skills
• Work safely and comply with all safety regulations
• Lift, push or pull 50lbs, navigate stairs, stand, walk, bend, and kneel throughout the entire shift
• Work daily overtime and weekend work

Requirements

• High school diploma or equivalent
• 2 years production/manufacturing experience preferred
• Strong commitment to working safe
• Demonstrated ability to work in a fast-paced environment
• Strong desire to learn manufacturing processes and operating complex machinery

Pay & Schedule

• Starting Pay: $20 - $23 an hour
• 1st pay increase after 90 day probation period
• Shift Differential: $0.35/hr - 2nd Shift, $0.20/hr - 3rd Shift
• Union Plant. Must be flexible to work any shift. Once training is completed, the team will let you know which shift you will go to.
• Required to work daily overtime and weekend work
