Production Team Member

About the role

We are looking for team members who are:

• Available Monday–Friday from 6:00 AM – 3:45 PM, with occasional Saturday overtime

Responsibilities

• Work effectively as part of a team
• Comfortable with a tape measure
• Assemble and produce doors in various stages
• Follow safety procedures and quality guidelines
• Capable of working in a fast-paced environment with attention to detail
• Able to learn new skills and processes as needed
• Contribute ideas to improve efficiency and workflow

Requirements

While experience in light construction is helpful, it is not required. We provide hands-on training to set you up for success. A willingness to learn, a positive attitude, and a coachable mindset are what matter most.

Qualifications

Physical Requirements:

• Ability to lift, push, and pull 50+ lbs comfortably
• Ability to stand for 8-9 hours per shift

Benefits

We offer a competitive compensation and benefits package that includes:

• Wage: $21.00 per hour. Performance-based increases at 90 days and annually (typically in May)
• Hours worked over 40 hours in a week are paid time and a half
