Production Team Member

About the role

TMMAL is seeking individuals who are eager to contribute to the expansion of Toyota's future in mobility. The role involves working in a fast-paced, physically demanding environment performing tasks such as standing, walking, performing repetitive work motions, fine hand manipulation, and safely using various tools and machinery.

Responsibilities

• Standing and walking for at least 8 hours per day
• Performing repetitive work motions and fine hand manipulation
• Moderate lifting up to 20 pounds unassisted
• Safely using air/power/vibrating tools and machinery
• Working with small vehicle components

Requirements

• At least 18 years old at the time of application
• Legal authorization to work in the United States
• A strong work ethic with dependable, reliable, and consistent attendance
• The ability to comprehend written standardized work documents, perform basic math, learn machine operations, and visually identify defects based on set standards
• An attention to detail and commitment to following standardized work to maintain high quality standards
• A positive attitude, respect for others, and commitment to teamwork
• A flexible and willing to adjust to the changing needs of a fast-paced production environment

Pay

$24.00 - $37.56/hr with potential for rotation premium and wage increases every 6 months.

Schedule

Rotating day and evening shifts every 2 weeks, Monday – Friday 8-hour shift.
