Production Team Member

What You’ll Be Doing

• Assist in running the press, pulling printed shirts, and stacking the finished product.
• Ensure good quality and attention to detail throughout the production process.
• Work as part of a team to maintain efficiency and quality in a fast-paced environment.
• Follow safety protocols and guidelines to ensure a safe working environment.
• Assist with other tasks related to the screen-printing process, as needed.
• Keep work area organized and clean; follow 5S/housekeeping expectations.
• Follow all safety protocols and wear required PPE.

Physical Requirements

• Ability to sit or stand for extended periods of time while working at a computer or workstation.
• Use hands and fingers to operate standard office equipment, including computers, phones, and keyboards.
• Communicate effectively in person, by phone, and via electronic communication.
• Occasional ability to lift and/or move up to 25 pounds.
• Movement throughout the facility, including walking, bending, and reaching as needed.
• Visual acuity sufficient to read screens, documents, and reports.

Full Time
Location: Bourbon, MO
Hours: 6:00 am - 2:30 PM (1st Shift)
2:30 - 10:30 PM (2nd Shift)
