About the role

If you've worked in manufacturing, construction, assembly, machine operation, or another hands-on trade—or you're simply ready to learn one—we want to talk with you.

For nearly 50 years, E.F. San Juan has crafted architectural millwork, doors, mouldings, and custom wood products for some of the finest homes and buildings in the Southeast. That reputation was built by people who take pride in doing things right.

Responsibilities

• Build custom wood products alongside experienced craftsmen committed to your success.
• Read work orders and drawings; measure, cut, machine, assemble, and sand wood components.
• Operate woodworking machinery and hand tools safely.
• Inspect your work against our quality standards.
• Keep your area clean, organized, and safe.

Pay

$18.00 to $25.00 per hour to start, with a clear path up as your skills grow.
