Responsibilities

• Operate various machines (e.g., machine operators)
• Handle, grade, and inspect material
• Perform quality checks
• Carry out clean‑up and other similar manufacturing activities
• Follow written and verbal job instructions
• Provide feedback and apply critical thinking
• Use personal safety equipment in a manufacturing environment with moving machinery, fast‑paced forklift traffic, and machine noise

Requirements

• Ability to work in various jobs and rotate to different duties as needed
• Capable of working different shifts based on mill needs
• Able to follow written and verbal instructions
• Skilled at providing feedback and applying critical thinking
• Willing to use required personal safety equipment
