As a Production Team Member, you play a critical role in ensuring products are manufactured safely, efficiently, and on schedule. Success requires punctuality, attendance, reliability, and teamwork. Production schedules depend on every team member being present and prepared to work at the start of each shift.
Ideal candidate: a dependable individual with a strong attendance record, a positive attitude, a willingness to learn, and a commitment to long‑term employment in a fast‑paced production environment.
Responsibilities
- Packing and unpacking the product
- Loading and unloading cylinders for the HPP machine
- Stacking and building pallets
- Labeling and code dating product
- Sanitation duties as assigned
- Other duties as assigned
The Production Team Member will follow the direction given by the line lead and shift supervisor. This position will rotate down the line throughout their shift.
Requirements
- High school diploma/GED
- Refrigeration, warehouse, production or manufacturing experience
- MHE/Fork
