Production Team Member - 1st Shift!
About the role
Gemini is seeking a Production Team Member to join our team in Decorah, IA. We are a positive, people-first culture dedicated to leveraging each team member's strengths to bring unique signage products to life.
Responsibilities
- Inspect finished products for function, aesthetics, and quality, if required, and may clean products as necessary.
- Maintain familiarity with shipping procedures, bill of lading etc., and prepare products for UPS/truck pick-up required.
- Ensure products are clean and free from scratches and foreign materials.
- Properly finish and assemble as instructed by the work order.
- Assure each order is complete by counting and matching contents with the work order.
Requirements
The wage range for this position is $17.42 - $22.84 per hour. The schedule is 1st shift - Monday-Friday, 7:00 am - 3:30 pm, with overtime scheduled as needed.
Qualifications
This role requires a high school diploma or equivalent. Previous experience in a production environment is preferred.
Skills
Strong attention to detail, ability to follow instructions, and proficiency in Microsoft Office are beneficial.
