Location: Mt. Pleasant, IA
Starting Pay: $23.00 + per hour
Shift Details: 6:00 AM - 4:20 PM (Core Hours) Monday - Thursday OT as needed

- Group Leader Duties Include:
- Providing daily direction for their team
- Lead required daily team meetings
- Meeting production schedules and solving root causes for potential disruptions
- Orients, trains, and/or facilitates training needs of members in production processes
- Maintaining standard work and train members to accomplish standard work requirements
- Appropriately escalating issues to the supervisor
- Supporting team goals in: Safety, Quality, Efficiency, Continuous Improvement
- Provide regular progress reports to supervisor
- Communicate production, safety, & quality issues
