Essential duties and responsibilities

• Safely operate forklifts, overhead cranes, hoists, and other material handling equipment
• Transport, stage, load, and unload steel materials to support production
• Support Kinetic and Laser cutting operations by delivering raw materials and removing finished components
• Prepare, inspect, clean, sort, and stage finished parts for downstream fabrication
• Load, align, and position steel plates for cutting operations
• Remove scrap, excess material, templates, and cut components without damaging finished products
• Use basic hand tools including scrapers, wire brushes, grinders, hammers, crowbars, and brooms as needed
• Verify part accuracy against work orders, drawings, and specifications
• Perform pre- and post-operation inspections on forklifts and lifting equipment
• Maintain accurate production records and inventory movement
• Perform general housekeeping and other duties as assigned

Requirements

• High School Diploma or GED preferred
• Ability to read a tape measure required
• Ability to read basic fabrication drawings preferred
• Prior forklift, warehouse, or manufacturing experience preferred
• Knowledge of basic hand tools
• Ability to safely perform medium-heavy physical labor in indoor and outdoor manufacturing environments
• Ability to work in varying temperatures while wearing required PPE
• Clear Motor Vehicle Report
• Regular, reliable attendance required
