Job Overview
We are seeking a proactive and hands-on Production Support Specialist to join our team in Dublin, Georgia. This is a practical, field-centered role focused on maintaining a seamless flow in the production process. You will be actively involved on the manufacturing floor—managing material supply, assisting with equipment setup, and ensuring overall operational efficiency. Responsibilities
- Material & Setup Management: Supply, transport, and set up materials across different production stages according to the production plan.
- Equipment Support: Assist with production equipment operation and setup to ensure smooth, uninterrupted manufacturing.
- Bottleneck Resolution: Provide immediate, hands-on support on the floor to resolve any process delays or bottlenecks.
- Quality & Logistics Support: Conduct visual inspections of finished products, assist with packaging, and prepare goods for shipment.
- Work Environment (5S): Maintain a safe, clean, and organized shop floor in compliance with 5S standards and safety regulations.
- Cross-functional Collaboration: Communicate and collaborate in real-time with related departments (Materials, Quality, Logistics).
Note: This role is focused on physical, hands-on execution on the production floor rather than system data entry (MES/ERP).
Qualifications
- Language: Bilingual fluency in Korean and English is required (Professional Korean proficiency is essential for internal cross-departmental coordination).
- Experience: Open to both Entry-level and Experienced candidates who are comfortable with hands-on manufacturing environments and physically capable of performing shop floor duties.
- Education: Associate degree or higher.
- Mindset & Skills: Strong sense of responsibility, proactive attitude, and ability to respond immediately to on-site issues.
- Interpersonal Skills: Excellent teamwork skills to smoothly integrate and collaborate with floor workers.
- Eligibility: Must be legally authorized to work in the United States.
- License: Must possess a valid driver's license.
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience in automotive parts manufacturing or other manufacturing industries.
- Deep understanding of general manufacturing processes.
- Forklift certification or experience operating a forklift.
- Quick and meticulous work processing skills.
- Major in Engineering (Mechanical, Automotive, Industrial Engineering, etc.) is a plus.
Benefits & Compensation
- Salary: $55,000+ per year (Negotiable based on experience and capability)
