Production Support Crew

Responsibilities

• Keep production moving by assisting with site maintenance, material handling, sweeping, shoveling, mowing, and other tasks to ensure the facility stays clean, organized, and efficient.
• Champion workplace safety by maintaining 100% compliance with OSHA and company regulations, including wearing all required Personal Protective Equipment (PPE).
• Support facility operations by assisting plant management and other teams with day-to-day tasks to keep plants on schedule.

Requirements

• High school diploma, GED, or equivalent.
• Valid driver’s license with an insurable, clean driving record.
• Physical ability to regularly lift up to 50 lbs. (occasionally up to 100 lbs.), with significant walking, climbing, bending, and standing throughout the shift.
• Strong reading, writing, and verbal communication skills in English for safety and coordination around heavy equipment.
• Must provide your own safety-approved work boots.

Skills

• Previous experience operating a forklift or skid steer is a plus, but a strong work ethic and reliability are prioritized.

Work Environment

• Active, outdoor industrial position with exposure to changing Midwest weather, extreme temperatures, and high-noise environments.

Pay

$20–$25 per hour.
