Job Description
We are seeking a Production Support Coordinator to work at our Production site at our Stone Ridge, NY location.
- Manages or triages customer service requests (including special services) inquiries and complaints, and provide assistance, make recommendations, and facilitate solutions.
- Responds to moderately complex inquiries regarding product and services.
- Communicates animal availability, product information, and delivery schedules.
- Solves complex problems and customer complaints.
- Follows up on complaints to ensure customer expectations are satisfied.
- Serves as a liaison between production facilities and other support groups to effectively process orders and satisfy customer requests across regional locations.
- Creates and maintains program specifications within the data management system.
- Reviews and assists internal department with orders, changes to orders and reconciliation of shipping orders.
- Handles internal inquiries and issues regarding customer orders.
- Maintains streamlined operational and customer specific reports.
- Ensures adherence to pertinent regulatory requirements and to departmental policies, practices, and procedures.
- Schedules and maintains laboratory tests schedule.
- Answers and transfers incoming telephone calls.
- Greets visitors when they arrive.
- Performs all other related duties & administrative duties as assigned.
Minimum Qualifications
- A High School Diploma or GED (General Education Diploma).
- 1+ years related experience.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Strong organizational skills.
- Strong attention to details.
- Proficient in MS Office Suite.
Pay
The pay rate for this position is $21/hour.
