Job Description

We are seeking a Production Support Coordinator to work at our Production site at our Stone Ridge, NY location.

• Manages or triages customer service requests (including special services) inquiries and complaints, and provide assistance, make recommendations, and facilitate solutions.
• Responds to moderately complex inquiries regarding product and services.
• Communicates animal availability, product information, and delivery schedules.
• Solves complex problems and customer complaints.
• Follows up on complaints to ensure customer expectations are satisfied.
• Serves as a liaison between production facilities and other support groups to effectively process orders and satisfy customer requests across regional locations.
• Creates and maintains program specifications within the data management system.
• Reviews and assists internal department with orders, changes to orders and reconciliation of shipping orders.
• Handles internal inquiries and issues regarding customer orders.
• Maintains streamlined operational and customer specific reports.
• Ensures adherence to pertinent regulatory requirements and to departmental policies, practices, and procedures.
• Schedules and maintains laboratory tests schedule.
• Answers and transfers incoming telephone calls.
• Greets visitors when they arrive.
• Performs all other related duties & administrative duties as assigned.

Minimum Qualifications

• A High School Diploma or GED (General Education Diploma).
• 1+ years related experience.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Strong organizational skills.
• Strong attention to details.
• Proficient in MS Office Suite.

Pay

The pay rate for this position is $21/hour.
