About the role
We are seeking a Production Support Associate – Level IV to join our Manufacturing team at our Mineral Point, WI facility. Key responsibilities include ensuring health, safety, and environmental standards are met, promoting quality through adherence to standard work and problem-solving, and delivering efficient operations while maintaining a clean and organized workspace.
Responsibilities
- Report and immediately address major injury hazards and incidents.
- Comply with HSE standards, policies, and procedures.
- Participate in HSE training and promote interdependence among team members.
- Identify and correct hazards within your control.
- Recognize and mitigate environmental impacts of work.
- Support continuous improvement initiatives and implement solutions.
- Lead and coordinate team efforts to maintain process performance and respond to change.
- Facilitate COS and OE methodologies throughout the plant.
Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- Specialized training and relevant experience in manufacturing.
- Experience with 3D modeling in Solidworks and AutoCAD.
- Ability to troubleshoot production and tooling issues.
- Knowledge of Cummins Operating System (COS) and Operations Excellence (OE).

Additional Responsibilities
- Supports Operations, Manufacturing Engineering, and Quality.
- Trains and assists operators and other team members.
- Develops and presents manufacturing readiness scorecards.
- Attends program core team meetings and design reviews.
- Provides manufacturing feedback and participates in M-reviews.
Education, Licenses, Certifications
A high school diploma or equivalent is required. This position may require licensing for compliance with export controls or sanctions regulations.
