Responsibilities

• Sets up and operates advanced glaze line system ensuring correct glaze is applied to ceramic tile.
• Monitors and maintains automated sorting systems which rejects defective tile, boxes, and labels finished product.
• Starts and operates spray dryer and/or Raymond Mill to compile body material.
• Follows ISO operating procedures and maintains quality checks as specified.
• Monitors equipment or processes and reports problems to supervisor.
• Keeps area safe, clean, and organized.
• Performs other related duties as required.

Requirements

• 2 or more years’ experience operating equipment in a manufacturing environment.
• High School diploma or equivalent experience.

Qualifications

• Good oral and written communication skills.
• Good listening skills.
• Ability to read and understand procedures in English.
