GENERAL SUMMARY
This position is responsible for swing shift finals operations under the direction of the finals superintendent. The role is responsible for overseeing daily departmental activities and for planning, organizing, directing, and controlling operations to ensure optimal safety, quality, efficiency, and continuous improvement.
