About the role
A growing food company located near Kennesaw, GA is currently searching for a Production Supervisor with poultry production experience.
Responsibilities
- Manage poultry debone production processes
- Mentor and lead team members to achieve production goals
- Ensure compliance with all safety and quality standards
Requirements
- Minimum of 2 years’ experience in poultry debone production
- 1+ years poultry supervisor experience
- Strong leadership skills with the ability to get results through mentoring others
- Proficiency in computer skills, Microsoft Office (Windows, Outlook, Excel)
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Valid driver’s license

- $65-70k base salary
- 10% tri-annual bonus
- 6th and 7th day pay for 3rd shift work
