Production Supervisor - Shipping & Receiving

About the role

We are looking for a Production Supervisor located in Tulsa, OK in the Shipping and Receiving Department.

Responsibilities

• Leading a team of skilled workers to meet production schedules.
• Collaborates with the production manager to develop and execute production activities in a safe working environment.
• Follows quality controls and procedures to ensure that raw material and finished goods comply with product specifications.
• Maintains a safe and clean working environment and promptly addresses any safety concerns.
• Prepares and maintains production reports, including performance metrics, production output, and quality data, and provides regular updates to management.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in engineering or related degree preferred.
• Equivalent combination of education, training, and relevant professional experience will be considered.
• Supervisory experience preferred but not required.
