About The Role

As a Production Supervisor, you’ll lead production teams, ensure safety and quality standards, and drive operational efficiency. You’ll develop talent, manage performance, and collaborate across departments to meet production goals.

Responsibilities

  • Supervise all production personnel and ensure compliance with safety, quality, and housekeeping standards.
  • Monitor processes and equipment to maximize productivity and efficiency.
  • Organize and adjust work schedules to meet production demands.
  • Conduct performance reviews and coach team members for growth.
  • Collaborate with other departments to enhance operations and resolve issues.
  • Maintain accurate production documentation and ensure food safety compliance.
  • Participate in facility metrics reporting and support Wis-Pak’s strategic goals.
  • Enforce safety protocols and respond to incidents with appropriate follow-up.
  • Assist with hiring, onboarding, and training of new employees.

Requirements

  • High school diploma or equivalent (post-secondary education preferred).
  • Minimum 2 years of supervisory experience in a manufacturing or production setting.
  • Strong communication, team-building, and motivational skills.
  • Ability to read, write, interpret documents, and solve problems.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office and basic computer skills.
  • Understanding of food safety regulations and manufacturing processes.
  • Willingness to work across shifts and adapt to changing priorities.
  • Must be authorized to work in the United States on a permanent basis (no visa sponsorship).
  • Must be able to read, write, speak, and comprehend English at a level necessary to perform the essential duties of the position.
