Key Responsibilities

  • Maintains and evaluates production operations to ensure products meet quality and customer requirements.
  • Monitors key performance indicators (KPIs) such as Productivity, Scrap, Quality, and Scheduled Hours.
  • Supervises daily shift operations, ensuring adherence to production plans, procedures, and safety requirements.
  • Communicates priorities, product changes, and machine assignments to team members.
  • Supervises, trains, and develops hourly, non-exempt employees to achieve performance and growth objectives.
  • Collaborates with cross-functional teams including Quality, Materials/Logistics, Maintenance, and Safety.
  • Onboards and mentors new employees following M&M Industries' best practices in training and development.
  • Led initiatives to improve Safety, Quality, Delivery, Cost, and Morale through Lean tools and structured problem-solving.
  • Implements and sustains Systematic Workplace Organization, Autonomous Maintenance, and Safety Initiatives.
  • Supports continuous improvement projects using Kaizen, 5S, and Root Cause Analysis methodologies.

Education and Experience

  • High School Diploma or GED (required).
  • Bachelor’s Degree in Business, Manufacturing, or related field (preferred).
  • Minimum 3 years of supervisory experience in a manufacturing environment (required).
  • Injection Molding experience (preferred).
  • Experience implementing Lean Manufacturing or Continuous Improvement initiatives (preferred).
