Position Responsibilities
- Ensures production technicians and outsourced labor are properly instructed in the care and safe operation of equipment.
- Makes continuous inspections of the product to ensure quality standards are met.
- Maintains cleanliness of the work area.
- Ensures compliance with all company policies and procedures.
- Performs other duties as directed by management.
Essential Job Requirements
- High School diploma or equivalent
- Completion of AIB Bakery Science Residence Program
- Completion of formal management skills training program
Preferred Qualifications
- Two (2) or more years experience in all areas of plant production work
Pay
Salary Range: $69,856.35 - $77,209.65
