Job Responsibilities
- Identify and deploy the technical skill sets, resource levels and systems to deliver projects, including the engagement of external resources as required
- Ensure that the operational staff is qualified and adequately trained
- Research customer impacting issues at a level to be able to provide root cause and corrective action
- Effectively collaborate with cross functional teams to escalate issue resolution, share production status, and other instances as required by the business and daily goals
- Facilitate a fair and effective hiring process as required
- Execute leadership activities (One on Ones, Employee Reviews, etc.)
- Evaluate team members' performance and provide feedback
- Engage their team during each shift to maintain the highest levels of safety, quality, and attendance performance
- Proactively plan for upcoming production work
- Exercise sound judgment ensuring that SLA's and KPI targets are worked towards and met by monitoring daily, weekly and monthly production goals
- Drive collaborative activities through our operations, order operations, logistics and support teams to scale and standardize operational efficiencies
- Drive the training and integration of their team, while motivating and inspiring forward progress
- Leverages peers and associates by sourcing and nurturing ideas, and rolling them into the creation of improvement plans
- Participates in recruitment activities for their perspective teams
Qualifications
- Associate degree, bachelor’s degree or relevant work experience
- 3+ years of experience supervising a medium size team (15-25 direct reports on average)
- Basic understanding of LEAN methodology and concepts is preferred

Compensation/ Benefits
A reasonable estimate of the current base salary range for this position is $64,400-$80,500 a year. Actual salary will be based on a variety of factors, including shift, location, experience, skill set, performance, licensure and certification, and business needs. The range for this position in other geographic locations may differ. Certain positions may also be eligible for variable incentive compensation, such as bonuses or commissions, that is not included in the base salary.
