Job Summary
As a Production Supervisor I, you’ll lead a team in one of our manufacturing areas while learning the fundamentals of aerospace operations. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys solving problems, working with people, and wants to grow into an operations leader. You’ll partner with engineering, quality, operations, facilities, and supply chain while learning how world-class aerospace products are built.
Qualifications
- Education: Bachelor’s degree
- Experience: 2+ years of experience leading teams (could be related to an internship, co-op, campus leadership, athletics, military service, retail, food service, or other leadership experience)
- Knowledge: Intermediate skill level with MS Office
- Skills, Abilities: Strong communication (written and verbal) with all levels of business; ability to present to groups both small and large, effective problem-solving skills; desire to learn and grow as a leader; positive attitude and willingness to work in a fast-paced manufacturing environment
Preferred Qualifications
- Previous supervisory experience within an aerospace or electronics manufacturing environment
- Basic understanding of manufacturing based continuous improvement skills (standard work, 5S, material replenishment, etc.)
