PRODUCTION SUPERVISOR (FULL TIME)

About the role

Morrison Healthcare is hiring immediate full-time PRODUCTION SUPERVISOR positions at Novant Health Ballantyne. The position is located at 10905 Providence Road West, Charlotte, NC 28277. Online applications are accepted only. The schedule is full-time with 12-hour shifts, which may vary. Two years of previous kitchen experience are required.

Responsibilities

• Prepares food items necessary for assigned area.
• Sets up and maintains food production and quality control in the kitchen.
• Assigns specific duties to associates under supervision for efficient operation of the kitchen.
• Maintains cleanliness of all kitchen areas, including food and non-food working areas.
• Reports equipment repair/maintenance to appropriate supervisor or facility department.
• Supervises team members in absence of Sous Chef; disciplines, trains, and schedules associates.
• Performs other duties as assigned.

Qualifications

Fixed Pay Rate: $20.00 per hour.
