Systems, LLC is a U.S.-based manufacturer of loading dock equipment, operating under the Poweramp, DLM, and McGuire brands. Responsibilities

  • Supervise multiple work cells and up to 30 team members
  • Work ethically and with integrity, uphold organizational values
  • Demonstrate leadership and communicate effectively at all levels of the company
  • Maintain transparency in communication by sharing organization information with the team
  • Exercised supervision, motivate and lead a high-performance team, attract, develop, engage, and retain team members
  • Drive the performance management and compensation processes, communicate job expectations, monitor and evaluate performance, provide feedback, and facilitate employee development
  • Maintain transparent communication by appropriately communicating organization information to team through department meetings, one-on-one meetings, appropriate email, IM, and regular interpersonal communications
  • Lead and motivate individuals and teams to create a workplace culture that aligns with the CG mission, vision, and values
  • Expedite rush and special orders
  • Comply with health and safety guidelines and rules
  • Protect Chamberlain Group’s and Systems’ reputation by keeping information confidential
  • Maintain professional and technical knowledge by attending educational workshops, reading professional publications, establishing personal networks, and participating in professional societies
  • Contribute to the team effort by accomplishing related results and participating on projects as needed

Requirements

  • Associates' degree in a related discipline, or equivalent work experience
  • 3+ years supervisory experience or as a team lead in a manufacturing environment
  • Licenses/Certifications: Leadership Training, must possess excellent organizational skills and the ability to multitask, excellent communication, interpersonal, and computer skills, strong mechanical aptitude, proficient in MS Excel, Word, PPT, Ability to use an ERP system, Experience with 5 whys / root cause analysis, Professional work experience that demonstrates progressive increase in level of responsibility and scope of duties

Benefits

The pay range for this position is $60,400.00 - $97,525.00; base pay offered may vary depending on a number of factors including, but not limited to, the position offered, location, education, training, and/or experience. In addition to base pay, also offered is a comprehensive benefits package and 401k contribution (all benefits are subject to eligibility requirements).
