Production Supervisor-DICP
About the role
The Role One (1) First Shift and One (1) Second Shift Weekend Supervisor Positions are available. These roles will Supervises production shifts, monitors attendance, evaluates and implements production schedules on Weekends.
Responsibilities
- Supervises production shifts, monitoring attendance, performance evaluation of operators, packers, and line coordinators.
- Evaluates and implements production schedules on Weekends.
- Works closely with other departments regarding production, productivity, quality, and customer-service standards; resolves problems.
- Maintains safe and healthy work environment by following standards and procedures; complying with legal (OSHA) codes and regulations.
Qualifications
- Education: High School Diploma or GED
- Experience: 3-5 years relevant production experience in a food manufacturing environment.
- Knowledge: Knowledge of regulatory requirements, especially those governing the food/dairy industry.
- Skills: Maintain Good Manufacturing Practices and Food Safety Practices, High level of interpersonal skills, Proficient computer skills (Microsoft applications).
- Abilities: Work with all departments, Maintain a Safe/Healthy working environment for all employees.

Pay and Benefits
The base pay range for this position is $69,100 to $96,740 annually. Actual compensation will be determined based on experience, qualifications, and other job-related factors permitted by law.
This pay range represents the anticipated salary for this position at this time.
