What You'll Do
Lead a team of hourly workers to produce high-quality products while meeting or exceeding production targets.
Apply data-driven decision-making to reduce downtime and quality defects, driving continuous improvement.
Implement and maintain rigorous quality standards to ensure exceptional product quality.
Resolve conflicts fairly and effectively, fostering a psychologically safe environment.
Manage both your own performance and that of the hourly workforce, ensuring accountability and fairness.
Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree or equivalent 3–7+ years of supervisory, manufacturing, military, or other relevant experience.
Ability to work rotating shifts/hours, including nights and weekends.

Pay
This position is a salary grade 7 and ranges from $86,600-$144,900. Final determination of salary grade will be based on candidate's skills and experience, and base salary will be set within the applicable range according to job scope, responsibility and competitive market value.
Schedule
Rotating shifts/hours, including nights and weekends.
