Production Supervisor, Battery Remanufacturing

What You'll Do

• Provide technical training to all technicians focused on controls, mechanics, electrical, etc.
• Align projects to drive department goals by managing operations and driving metrics in critical areas
• Lead remanufacturing technicians on process issues analysis and problem solving
• Monitor defect trends and escalate to responsible engineering, quality, and service teams
• Support issue resolution including root cause investigation & corrective action tracking
• Work with the training department ensuring manufacturing Instructions, versatility matrices and other technical documentation are current
• Manages the cross-shift communication for the technician teams

What You'll Bring

• 3+ years of experience managing teams of people in a high-volume manufacturing setting, preferred
• Experience in selecting and developing new team members as well as ability to work with and develop production performance metrics (efficiency, quality, safety, throughput, costs)
• Able to work well under pressure while managing competing demands and tight deadlines
• Communicate using excellent written and verbal skills; able to interface with executives and leaders daily
• Strong organization skills with meticulous attention to detail
• Fluent with standard MS Office programs (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
• Ability to work a flexible shift, including nights and weekends, if necessary

Pay

• Supervisor Manufacturing - $86,400 - $129,600/annual salary + cash and stock awards + benefits for all levels
