Production Supervisor

The Opportunity

The Production Supervisor position is responsible for coordinating and directing production workflow, ensuring quality standards, production efficiencies, and timely completion of work orders. Key responsibilities include troubleshooting and resolving production and quality issues, supervising shift staff, evaluating employee performance, training personnel, reviewing production reports, issuing work orders to maintenance, ensuring compliance with safety and environmental rules, interacting with various departments, and assisting in cost-effective efficiency and quality improvement initiatives.

What you need to succeed

• A high school diploma or GED
• Ability to read and interpret safety rules, operating and maintenance instructions, and procedure manuals
• Basic computer skills
• Prior supervisory experience or at least five (5) years corrugated industry experience
• Experience operating similar equipment
• Excellent math and communication skills (verbal and written)
• Ability to differentiate colors
