What You Will Do
- Lead a team of hourly employees to achieve daily and weekly SQDCEP targets
- Create stable daily operations
- Coach and develop operators
- Ensure standards are followed while continuously improving how work is done
- Translate plant and department objectives into clear daily expectations on the floor
- Ensure your team understands how their work contributes to building high-quality trucks, on time, every time

Pay and Schedule
- The base pay is set at $85,000 - $103,000 annually, and where applicable, bonus eligible.
- The range for this role, as well as final salary offered, is determined by several factors including, but not limited to, geographic location, work-related knowledge, certifications, skills, education, and experience.
Qualifications
- Relevant Bachelor’s Degree or two (2) years’ leadership experience in a manufacturing environment
- A safety-first mindset and attention to detail
- Strong personal credibility, integrity and self-leadership
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment and adapt to changing priorities
- Manufacturing leadership experience is preferred
- Experience leading in a unionized environment is preferred
