What You Will Do

  • Lead a team of hourly employees to achieve daily and weekly SQDCEP targets
  • Create stable daily operations
  • Coach and develop operators
  • Ensure standards are followed while continuously improving how work is done
  • Translate plant and department objectives into clear daily expectations on the floor
  • Ensure your team understands how their work contributes to building high-quality trucks, on time, every time

Pay and Schedule

  • The base pay is set at $85,000 - $103,000 annually, and where applicable, bonus eligible.
  • The range for this role, as well as final salary offered, is determined by several factors including, but not limited to, geographic location, work-related knowledge, certifications, skills, education, and experience.

Qualifications

  • Relevant Bachelor’s Degree or two (2) years’ leadership experience in a manufacturing environment
  • A safety-first mindset and attention to detail
  • Strong personal credibility, integrity and self-leadership
  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment and adapt to changing priorities
  • Manufacturing leadership experience is preferred
  • Experience leading in a unionized environment is preferred
