About the role
Group Trucks Operations – NRV is seeking a Production Supervisor to lead a team in a fast-paced manufacturing environment. This role involves creating stable daily operations, coaching and developing operators, ensuring standards are followed, and continuously improving work processes.
Responsibilities
- Create stable daily operations
- Coach and develop operators
- Ensure standards are followed
- Translate plant and department objectives into clear daily expectations on the floor
- Drive daily problem solving and support continuous improvement activities
- Partner with maintenance, quality, engineering, safety, and other support functions to remove obstacles and improve performance
Requirements
- Relevant Bachelor’s Degree or two (2) years’ leadership experience in a manufacturing environment
- A safety-first mindset and attention to detail
- Strong personal credibility, integrity and self-leadership
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment and adapt to changing priorities
- Manufacturing leadership experience is preferred
- Experience leading in a unionized environment is preferred

Pay
The base pay for this role is set at $85,000 - $103,000 annually, with bonus eligibility. Final salary offered is determined by several factors including, but not limited to, geographic location, work-related knowledge, certifications, skills, education, and experience.
