Production Supervisor
About the role
In this role, you will supervise a workforce of up to 50 associates in various areas of plant operations, including production, equipment maintenance, building and grounds maintenance, warehouse, distribution, and field operations. You will assign work, monitor progress, orient and train associates, interview and recommend hiring of applicants, evaluate associate work performance, counsel associates, and implement disciplinary action. You will establish associate work schedules and ensure compliance with government, company, and plant laws, procedures, and policies.

- Aids in developing and monitoring the budget
- Operates equipment side-by-side with the workforce
- Assists other supervisors and/or Plant Manager in directing the overall operation of the plant
- Participates in goal setting for the plant and execution of plant production goals
Requirements
The starting budgeted pay range for this role will generally fall between $77,200.00 - $90,800.00 per year. Scotts will consider various factors in determining the actual pay, including your skills, qualifications, experience, and geographical location. This role is also incentive eligible under our corporate bonus programs. For remote roles where the final candidate resides in certain states, state required pay thresholds will be factored into base salary.
