Production Supervisor

About the role

Responsible for overseeing production operations at Super Radiator Coils. Ensuring efficient workflow, quality control, and adherence to safety protocols.

Responsibilities

• Oversee daily production processes to meet production targets and quality standards.
• Ensure compliance with all safety regulations and company policies.
• Manage team of production workers, providing guidance and training as needed.
• Monitor equipment performance and make necessary repairs or adjustments.
• Collaborate with other departments to resolve production issues and improve efficiency.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering or related field.
• Minimum 5 years of supervisory experience in manufacturing or related industry.
• Strong knowledge of production processes and quality assurance.
• Excellent communication and leadership skills.
• Ability to work flexible hours including evenings and weekends as needed.

Qualifications

• Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite.
• Experience with industrial machinery and equipment.
• Understanding of lean manufacturing principles.
