Production Supervisor

About the Role

Summit Golf Brands designs and sources high-end golf apparel and sportswear, distributed across over 3,000 accounts in 25+ countries. We’re seeking a Production Supervisor to join our team in Barneveld, WI, where precision and craftsmanship are at the core of what we do.

Responsibilities

• Working Supervisor with ability to perform and/or oversee all Embroidery and Production functions
• Train and assist Embroidery Operators to run and monitor logo application, checking for proper tension, thread breaks, jump stitches, etc.
• Ensure all associates clean their machine areas at the end of each shift
• Effectively communicate with coworkers, management, and sister locations
• Assist and/or lead all new hire trainings
• Distribute work orders to employees to ensure efficiency
• Input damages into the tracking system
• Track all same-day shipping orders
• Operate machinery (forklift, order picker, wave) as needed
• Serve as a point of contact for production floor questions
• Open and close the facility in the absence of the Production Manager or VP of Production
• Work mandatory Saturdays and flexible hours as required

Requirements

• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
• Ability to multitask and prioritize in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment
• Strong delegation skills for assigning operator workloads
• Strong understanding of embroidery and garment decoration production workflows
• Excellent interpersonal, organizational, and analytical skills
• Attention to detail and strong problem-solving abilities
• Strong work ethic
