Responsibilities
- Processing, shipping, distribution, and record keeping
- Maintain a safe workplace
- Lift, push, and pull up to 50 pounds
Requirements
- High School Diploma or GED equivalent
- Management of Production Teams
- Scheduling, training, and mentoring of all associates
- Coordinate and ensure all corporate training guidelines are met for all associates
- A thorough understanding of production
- Willing to work second shift and rotating weekends
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications (Word, Excel, Outlook)
- Strong management skills
- Formal training on managing and leading by example
- Conflict resolution and training
Qualifications

- Ability to lift, push, and pull up to 50 pounds
- Pass drug test and background check
- High energy level
