Production Supervisor

Description

The Production, Supply Chain & Purchasing Supervisor will be responsible for logistics, materials planning, and procurement at a new Bag-in-Box greenfield facility in Anderson, USA.

Requirements

• 7 to 10 years of experience in manufacturing industry
• Demonstrated mechanical acumen
• Experience in a fast-paced JIT (just-in-time) manufacturing environment
• Expertise in process management to ensure production efficiency
• Relentless determination and strong execution skills
• Understanding of quality processes and continuous improvement, such as Six Sigma certification
• Excellent communication skills and ability to interact across all levels of the organization
• Knowledge of capital management and analyzing financial data
• Established courses of action for self and/or others to accomplish specific planning goals
• Decisiveness, action-oriented, and effective at managing deliverables
• High attention to detail and ability to manage multiple priorities simultaneously
• Enthusiasm for finding solutions and a hands-on approach
