About the role
The Production Supervisor is responsible for overseeing daily operations within the production facility, ensuring adherence to quality standards and production schedules. This role requires strong leadership skills and the ability to manage a team effectively.Responsibilities
- Oversee production processes to ensure timely and high-quality output.
- Manage and motivate a team of production workers to meet production goals.
- Ensure compliance with all safety regulations and quality control procedures.
- Resolve production issues and coordinate with other departments to maintain smooth operations.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Industrial Engineering, or related field.
- Minimum 5 years of supervisory experience in manufacturing or related industry.
- Proven ability to lead and mentor a team.
- Strong knowledge of production management principles and practices.
- Excellent communication and problem-solving skills.
Qualifications
- Ability to work flexible hours including evenings and weekends as needed.
- Valid driver’s license required for occasional travel to client sites.
Skills
- Strong organizational and time management skills.

- Experience with production planning software.
