Production Supervisor

About the role

We’re seeking a Production Supervisor to lead our 2nd shift operations. The role requires a self-driven individual with strong leadership and communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Manage daily production schedules and plant activities
• Maintain product quality and line performance
• Schedule, support, and lead production staff
• Promote on-time fulfillment and high-quality standards
• Enforce safety protocols and food safety programs
• Coordinate machinery maintenance to reduce downtime
• Drive process improvement initiatives
• Conduct audits and ensure compliance with quality and safety standards
• Counsel team members and implement training programs
• Support performance reviews and employee development

Requirements

• A high school diploma with college coursework preferred
• 2-5 years of supervisory or leadership experience in production or manufacturing, with a focus on food industry and ingredient blending
• Strong communication skills, including proficiency in English and Spanish (bilingual preferred)
• Experience with Microsoft Word, Excel, Outlook, and ADP and ERP systems
• Proactive attitude, flexible to adapt to changing priorities, and excellent organizational skills
• Ability to work independently and lead cross-functional and multilingual teams
