Production Supervisor

Responsibilities

• Oversee daily production activities to meet safety, quality, and productivity goals.
• Troubleshoot process and equipment issues and coordinate repairs with maintenance.
• Monitor production performance and ensure adherence to operating procedures.
• Verify raw material usage, production yields, and packaging consumption.
• Ensure compliance with GMPs and food safety requirements.
• Conduct inspections and audits to address compliance concerns.
• Schedule employees and ensure adequate shift coverage.
• Support hiring, onboarding, and training of new team members.
• Maintain accurate inventory records and order supplies as needed.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required.
• Minimum of 1 year of manufacturing or production experience.
• Strong communication, problem-solving, and organizational skills.
• Mechanical aptitude and troubleshooting ability.
• Basic math skills and ability to follow detailed instructions.
• Ability to obtain and maintain forklift certification.

Skills

• Leadership experience in a manufacturing environment (preferred).
