Production Supervisor
The Production Supervisor provides leadership and support to manufacturing teams to create a safe, productive, and profitable environment. Key responsibilities include:
- Leading 1-2 small or similar areas/processes within the production facility/line.
- Leading production team members in a union and/or non-union environment on the manufacturing process and providing daily support in troubleshooting issues.
- Providing performance feedback and appraisals to team members to guide their development.
- Educating and enforcing quality, safety, and 5S standards and processes, recommending changes as opportunities arise on the production floor.
- Supporting maintenance, continuous improvement, and value stream projects that support the business and ensure production schedule demands are met.
- Conducting root-cause analyses of manufacturing process to identify, define, and resolve problems and opportunities.
- Reporting and responding to product and process nonconformance issues.
- Implementing and sustaining 5S in work areas, ensuring tools and materials are readily available.
- Responsible for changes needed in machines, processes, materials, and assembly.
- Championing process improvements and leading Kaizen events.
- Creating value stream mapping and standard work.
- Accurately maintaining company records and documents in accordance with policies and procedures.
Minimum Qualifications
High School Diploma or GED with three (3) or more years of manufacturing experience, or an equivalent combination of education and experience.

Accredited Bachelor's degree.

Working Conditions
- Based in a manufacturing or production environment.
- Exposure to loud noise, dust, moving machinery, or temperature fluctuations.
- Standing for extended periods, repetitive motions, lifting items up to 50 pounds, bending, kneeling, climbing, or using tools and equipment.
- Visual and auditory acuity needed for safe equipment operation and effective communication in a busy workspace.
Pay Range
$73,200.00 - $117,800.00
